Five Favorite Authors

12 Aug

This is by no means a complete list. I just thought I would share a couple of my favorite authors with you folks. Who knows — perhaps this list will inspire you to find another favorite of your own. On that note, feel free to share some of your favorite authors and books too!

1. Tamora Pierce — favorite series of hers include the Immortals series and the Beka Cooper: A Tortall Legend. Other series include The Lioness Quartet and the Circle of Magic.

2. David Dalglish — favorite series includes the Shadowdance series. His newest series is Seraphim, with Skyborn as the first book, a novel that’s on my to-read list.

3. Mitch Albom — favorite book is Tuesdays with Morrie. Other books are The First Phone Call from Heaven and The Magic Strings of Frankie Presto.

4. Marissa Meyer — favorite book is Cinder of the Lunar Chronicles, with the other books of that series on my to-read list.

5. Erin Morgenstern — favorite book is The Night Circus. I’m eagerly awaiting whatever book she wants to write next!
