Library Card

26 Aug

So I got a new library card.

I used to have one eons ago when I spent time in the children’s room, but I have no idea where the card went. Now I have a shiny new one and another excuse to get a bunch of books when I already have a massive to-read pile!

I’m going to start easy when it comes to library books, maybe take out just one at a time to start with. There are series that I’m interested in starting, but I don’t want to have to spend the money on a possible over-six book series.

Anyone have any recommendations to throw my way?

I used to go to the library a lot when I was younger too. Having a library card was also a must while I was teaching. Libraries are great, though I don’t currently live near a particularly good library which is unfortunate.

Also, as soon as I saw your title, I immediately thought Arthur and it pleases me that it’s the image you used! Having fun isn’t hard, when you’ve got a library card!

Shame you don’t live near a good library. Is your library part of a network that can send and receive books from other libraries for you?
Haha, of course I needed to use an Arthur image for this post! It was a toss up between this one about power or an image with those lyrics on it!

Yes, it is. It’s just not in a great area aside from it being just okay.
